These side hinged garage doors can be supplied preframed as standard with a brass effect Euro profile night latch and deadlock, a pair of door stays, two monkey tail shoot bolts and/or four anti-drop anchored dog bolt hinges per door leaf.

Side hinged garage doors open outwards in the traditional manner. The doors have no gear to intrude into the garage space, however they do require clearance immediately in front of the garage when opening. Side hinged garage doors offer the ideal solution if there are obstructions within the garage or if there is a lack of head or side room available.

Side Hinged garage doors combine robust and reliable performance with simple personal access. They open outwards and are manufactured with equal sized leaves, with the right hand leaf leading as standard. 1/3 – 2/3 leaf configurations and/ or left hand leading doors are available on request. The doors are equipped with two shoot bolt latches for extra security and weather seals on three sides of the door. These side hinged garage doors are available with a lever handle inside and out, providing easy access at all times. For added security the option of an outside knob is also available.

Garador Side Hinged garage doors are available in a range of steel and timber door styles. Steel Side Hinged doors come factory finished in white as standard, with a choice of 17 optional colours. These doors provide extra space inside the garage and are a great solution for garages where access to wall space or utility boxes is required near the door entrance.

Cardale’s secure, corrosion resistant, steel garage doors are manufactured from premium grade galvanised steel with a choice of finishes. Selected doors are available in a range of finishes; A white prima for easy onsite finishing to the colour of your choice, a White Plastisol finish that protects the steel door surface from the elements, giving a low maintenance high quality finish, and a high performance woodgrain laminate available in Weathergrain Golden Oak and Weathergrain Rosewood.
